Condor's Description This beautiful MORGAN 40 was designed and constructed in completion with the NY 40 and C&C 40 in 1979. CONDOR is on the Hard in City Island! She’s a very SPACIOUS sailboat with nice woodwork, storage and a beautiful sole; Her electronics need to be updated. Condor has a large V-Berth, a comfortable head just aft on the port with marine toilet, SS sink and a shower, The main cabin is spacious with a U-shaped galley to starboard and large nav station to port. A double quarter berth is just aft of the nav station and she plenty of head room. Come climb aboard this beautiful boat! She can be seen most anytime. Description This wonderful Morgan North American 40 was awgripped within the last ten years. Fenton Marine has started to apply a new non-skid deck. Condor has a limited sail inventory - a main and a 135 (stored at Doyle Sails nearby loft – age unknown). The mast is painted black and she has a Harken Roller furling system. Her wood work below is very nice (needs varnish) and her sole is exceptionally pretty. Condor is a very “roomy” vessel with good head room and storage. This 1979 Morgan 40 has a large open V-Berth with a comfortable head to port, with a marine toilet, SS Sink and shower. The Navigational Station is large - to port - with a double quarter berth just aft. Fenton Marine replaced were all of the hatches and the portlights with new Lewmar products. The electronics should be upgraded, as they appear to be original. Her Perkins Diesel engine ran fine when she was hauled for the winter three seasons ago, however we have no knowledge of her hours.
